Bouillon opened its dining room in 2013, bringing new life to the historic space that once housed the Galinsky Fruit Company and later the French Cafe for more than 130 years. Chef Paul Kulik and team guide a French accented kitchen that touches on the deep tradition of Gallic hospitality while showcasing local produced and seasonally inspired dishes.
